De Nora Tech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Industrie De Nora and provides products and services based on electrochemical technology. The corporate headquarters of Industrie De Nora is located in Milan, Italy. De Nora Tech is located in Chardon, Ohio. De Nora has two technology centers one located in Milan, Italy and the other in Fairport Harbor, Ohio. Production facilities and Sales Offices are located around the world.
In addition to anode structures and coatings, De Nora supplies cell parts, including cathodes, bases, non-asbestos diaphragm material, and gaskets for a wide variety of diaphragm and membrane cells. Besides providing the key components for membrane cell plants and integrated membrane cell bleach plants.
De Nora can provide basic engineering and process equipment. De Nora’s unique coatings for cathodes improve electrochemical performance by increasing efficiency and lowering power consumption. De Nora services anodes and cathodes, with structural repairs and recoating, from other cell technology suppliers as well.
We manage our business through two main groups:
- Chlor-Alkali which makes a full range of products for chlorine and alkali, and sodium and potassium chlorate commodity chemical producers.
- Oxygen & Specialties designs, develops and manufactures anodes and anode coatings for all other electrochemical applications.
An experienced technology group backs our products and services. Although focused in electrochemistry, De Nora maintains a wide range of technical expertise including electrochemists, design and development engineers, process specialists, project managers, and quality engineers. De Nora can service a wide range of customer technical needs.
De Nora Tech has customers and installations on every continent. Our customers are major chemical companies, commodity bleach producers, steel companies, specialty chemical producers and suppliers of swimming pool equipment, automotive parts and cathodic protection systems.
